So this is listed as free then when you download it you can't try the demo unless you support it on Kickstarter? That seems a bit sketchy, I am really interested in this game though.
I just purchased both the game and the Beta version after watching a stream play it. I then tried to download the Demo and after a few issues I was able to download it 3 times and the file shows as being 4.2 GB in size, when I try to extract it it keeps throwing up errors, and when I tried to put the zip file on a USB key it says there isn't enough free space, even theough I am trying to put it on a 32GB stick. Can someone please let me know if there is anywhere else I can get the demo file from?
Astro Colony is a game that I always wanted, I saw several videos of the game and I just loved it, I hope the developers can keep up the good work because Astro Colony has immense potential, I would like to buy the game unfortunately the payment method does not suit me, I have money on other platforms but not paypal because I do not like this platform, I will have to wait for the game to be released on Steam and I wanted the game for yesterday hahahaha, anyway, thanks and keep up the good work. ✌️😃

This is just a demo and has nothing to do with a steam release. Next year we will be sending steam keys to everyone who supported the project (got the digital game).

I cannot run / execute the downloaded Zip file. All .dll files are not being recognized and I know it is not a setting on my computer as other programs run .dll files normally. Is there a fix for this? Thank you!
You'll have to use a program such as 7-Zip to unzip this. Windows zip too doesn't prompt you for the encryption password. Check your email for the password. It was emailed to you from notification@kickstarter.com

Did the Steam And Beta Key purchase last night still waiting on the Email from support to get started.

I'm not sure, but if your disk you've downloaded it from is less than 8GB then that might have something to do with it..

you are paying for the beta i think, its like 17.00 US you get a PW for the demo, the beta is coming out the 29thif the goal is met

It's typical google drive downlod. It requires password to unpack.

If anyone is having trouble installing the Demo there is an easy fix:
1. Download WinRAR (free) and Install.
2. Open AstroColonyDemo.Zip with WinRAR and Extract All to location
3. Use the Password provided in the email from Tefel
